Paul Mengert and His AMG Train Homeowners’ Association Personnel

June 20, 2019

Paul Mengert has become a highly-regarded leader in the homeowners’ association management industry, primarily in the Carolinas, but also nationwide. AMG, or Association Management Group, is a management company that functions as a training program for homeowners’ association personnel. Paul doesn’t just run AMG; he has also taught extensively with the Greensboro chapter of the Harvard Business Management Development Program. Nearly 50 local companies have participated in that program, as have several corporations as large and important as Wells Fargo, Duke Energy, Microsoft, Pfizer, and even AMG.

Paul Mengert loves being part of such a great program because he teaches in it and his people and learns from it, as well. After all, a major focus for Paul Mengert, AMG’s founder and current chief executive officer, is on education that makes everyone better at client and customer service. Paul Mengert is strongly committed to giving back to the community, which is why, as he was born and raised in the Greensboro, North Carolina area, that is where he chose to locate AMG's offices.
